Our liability for direct loss arising from a breach of these terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the course in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

G. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Polish law, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 and applicable EU consumer protection directives are not affected by these terms.
